Take part in Open EdTech

Open EdTech relies on your feedback to help guide proposals, and your feedback to help validate EdTech in the field.

Questions, teaching experience, testing, research, translation and documentation can all help shape what comes next.

Our conversation happens in a Matrix room, #oet-general:openedtech.social. It is public to read. To post you need a Matrix account on any Matrix server; the link below will offer to create one if you do not have one. Introduce yourself in the room when you arrive.

Attend a meeting

Open meetings will be held as the work develops. No meeting is currently announced. When one is scheduled it will be posted in News and in the Matrix room, with the date, time zone, agenda and how to join.

Subscribe to News to hear about the next one.

Ways to contribute

For any of these, the first step is the same: say hello in the Matrix room and tell us what you would like to work on. There is no active pilot, working group or public repository yet; those will be announced in News as they start.

Follow at your own pace

You can also follow the work without joining a meeting or chat. Subscribe to News for announcements, progress and invitations as they are published.
